The ESS-GRID Commercial Energy Cabinet is a fully integrated energy storage solution engineered for modern commercial and industrial demands. Available in 100kWh, 200kWh, and 215kWh configurations—with scalability up to 2MWh—it supports grid-tied, off-grid, and hybrid applications across diverse environments like farms, schools, warehouses, and solar parks. Designed with an air-cooled system, IP54 protection, and built-in fire suppression, the ESS-GRID Commercial Energy Cabinet ensures safety, performance, and reliability even in harsh conditions. With smart integration options for PV modules, transformers, and communication interfaces, this cabinet delivers intelligent energy management for your business.
Highly integrated: An all-in-one design is often adopted, integrating a power conversion system (PCS), inverter, battery management system (BMS) and energy management system (EMS) in a single cabinet, such as AZE's C&I energy storage cabinets, which can reduce the equipment footprint and facilitate installation and maintenance.
Battery technology: Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries are generally used, which have the advantages of high safety and long cycle life. For example, some energy storage cabinets are equipped with lithium iron phosphate batteries with a cycle life of more than 6,000 times, and can also be equipped with aerosol fire extinguishing solutions, as well as combustible gas, smoke and temperature detection devices to improve safety performance.
Capacity scalability: With modular design, the capacity can be expanded. For example, some energy storage cabinets can have a single cabinet capacity of up to 120kWh, and can also meet the growing energy storage needs of different users by connecting multiple cabinets in parallel or adding battery modules, and can be expanded up to MWh level.
Functional diversity: It can store excess power during the peak period of electricity consumption, release the electric energy during the peak time of electricity consumption, realize peak shaving and valley filling, and reduce electricity costs. It can also provide emergency power in the event of a grid failure or power outage, ensure the normal operation of commercial premises or industrial equipment, and can flexibly adapt to multiple operation modes such as on-grid and off-grid.
Intelligent management: Equipped with an intelligent EMS system, it can monitor the working status and abnormal alarms of battery cells and PCS in real time, and can independently dispatch according to local electricity prices and other factors, realize the comprehensive management of photovoltaic and energy storage systems, and improve the overall efficiency of the system.
