Inverters, also known as power regulators and power regulators, are an indispensable part of photovoltaic systems. The main function of the photovoltaic inverter is to convert the direct current generated by the solar panel into the alternating current used by the home appliances, and all the electricity generated by the solar panel must be processed by the inverter before it can be exported to the outside world. [1] Through the full-bridge circuit, the SPWM processor is generally used to modulate, filter, boost, etc., to obtain sinusoidal alternating current that matches the lighting load frequency and rated voltage for the end user of the system. With an inverter, a DC battery can be used to supply alternating current to the appliance.
The solar AC power generation system is composed of solar panels, charge controllers, inverters and batteries; Solar DC power systems do not include inverters. The process of converting alternating current energy into direct current energy is called rectification, the circuit that completes the rectification function is called the rectification circuit, and the device that realizes the rectification process is called the rectifier equipment or rectifier. Correspondingly, the process of converting direct current energy into alternating current energy is called inverter, the circuit that completes the inverter function is called the inverter circuit, and the device that realizes the inverter process is called the inverter equipment or inverter.
The core of the inverter device is the inverter switching circuit, which is referred to as the inverter circuit. The circuit completes the function of inverter through the conduction and shutdown of power electronic switches. The on/off of power electronic switching devices requires certain drive pulses, which may be regulated by changing a voltage signal. The circuits that generate and regulate the pulses are often referred to as control circuits or control loops. The basic structure of the inverter device, in addition to the above-mentioned inverter circuit and control circuit, also has a protection circuit, an output circuit, an input circuit, an output circuit, etc.
Split Phase Hybrid Inverter is an advanced, high-performance energy solution designed for North American residential solar systems. With support for 120/240V split-phase, 208V (2/3 phase), and 230V single-phase output, this hybrid inverter provides outstanding compatibility and versatility. Featuring four MPPT trackers, up to 210A charge/discharge capacity, and a wide battery voltage range (40–58V), it ensures reliable power delivery and efficient energy storage. The Split Phase Hybrid Inverter also includes Wi-Fi monitoring, CAN/RS485 communication, and seamless EPS backup with <20ms switching—making it ideal for grid-tied, off-grid, and backup applications. Built to last with transformer isolation and IP65 protection, it comes with a standard 10-year warranty.
