Advantages of 24V rack-mounted lithium battery communication function
Real-time monitoring and data collection
Accurately obtain the status of the battery
Through the communication function, it can collect the key parameters of the battery in real time and accurately, such as voltage, current, temperature, residual power (SOC), etc. For example, when a 24V rack-mounted lithium battery is used as a backup power source in a data center, O&M personnel can know the real-time status of the battery at any time through the monitoring system. When the battery voltage fluctuates abnormally or the temperature is too high, the system can send out an alarm in time to remind the staff to check and deal with it, so as to avoid the battery failure affecting the normal operation of the data center.

Remote monitoring and management
It supports remote communication protocols (such as RS485, CAN-bus, etc.), allowing users to remotely monitor and manage the battery from anywhere with a network connection. For multiple base stations or energy storage sites distributed in different regions, managers can view the working status of each site's 24V rack-mounted lithium battery in real time through the cloud platform without going to the site, which greatly improves management efficiency and reduces operation and maintenance costs.

Intelligent charge and discharge control
Based on the battery data obtained by communication, the BMS (battery management system) can realize intelligent charge and discharge control strategies. For example, according to the remaining power and temperature of the battery, the charging current and voltage are automatically adjusted to avoid overcharging, overdischarging and overheating, thereby extending the life of the battery. In the solar energy storage system, when the battery power is low and the light is sufficient, the system can increase the charging current through communication and coordination, and quickly charge the battery; When the battery is close to the full state, it automatically reduces the charging current to protect the battery.

Balanced management
The communication function helps to achieve balanced management of each cell in the battery pack. The BMS can monitor the voltage and capacity difference of each cell in real time, and adjust it through the communication control equalization circuit to make the performance of each cell consistent. This not only improves the overall performance and capacity utilization of the battery pack, but also prevents individual batteries from being damaged due to overcharging and discharging, further extending the life of the battery pack.
