Working principle: A transformer isolation inverter usually contains a DC input part, a transformer part and an AC output part. After the DC power supply is input, the DC voltage is converted to high-frequency AC voltage through the inverter circuit, then the voltage conversion and electrical isolation are carried out through the isolation transformer, and finally the high-frequency AC voltage is converted into the required low-frequency AC voltage output through the rectification or inverter circuit. For example, in a photovoltaic system, the direct current generated by solar panels is converted into alternating current at the same frequency and phase as the grid through a transformer-isolated inverter and then fed into the grid.
Topology: According to the working frequency and structure of the transformer, it can be divided into power frequency isolated inverter and high-frequency isolated inverter. The power frequency isolated inverter uses a 50Hz or 60Hz power frequency transformer, which is relatively simple in structure and consists of a rectifier bridge, a filter and a power frequency transformer. The high-frequency isolated inverter uses a high-frequency transformer to achieve energy conversion and isolation through a high-frequency switching circuit, which is relatively small in size and weight, and is often used in micro-inverters and other occasions.
